Message from Interim Principal Lisa Hayeck

Dear Lincoln School Family,

I am excited to introduce myself as the newly appointed Interim Principal of Lincoln School. With over 20 years of experience in New Jersey public education, I am eager to bring my background in instructional leadership and program development to this vibrant community.

Throughout my career, I have held various teaching and supervisory roles across both traditional and alternative settings at the elementary and secondary levels. For the past 13 years, I have served as the K-12 Science and Applied Technology Supervisor. In this capacity, I have spearheaded district-wide committees, provided instructional coaching, and supported building administration to ensure academic excellence. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from West Chester University and a Master of Educational Leadership from Jersey City University.

As an educator, my philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student deserves a personalized learning experience that prioritizes both academic achievement and social-emotional growth. I am committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing environment where our students can reach their full potential. I look forward to partnering with our faculty, parents, and students to ensure a seamless and successful rest of the school year.
