About Our School

Lincoln School is comprised of the Cranford Achievement Program (CAP), The Cranford Middle Program (CAMP) and the Lincoln Elementary Achievement Program (LEAP).  All three programs (K-12) have the goal of providing students with a safe and secure learning environments that addresses social and emotional needs. Our ultimate goal is to provide students with the skills they need to be successful in their local school districts and within the larger community.

We focus on Social Problem Solving and fostering social/emotional skills.  We work closely with families, community organizations, child study teams and outside doctors to create a collaborative approach to both education and therapeutic intervention so that student behaviors improve both in school and in the home environment.

Each child has an Individualized Educational Plan that addresses academic and social and emotional needs and provides for related services when indicated.  Our staff is comprised of Licensed and school psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, school social workers, special education teachers, occupational therapists, school nurse, speech/language therapists and consulting psychiatrist.
