Message from the Principal

A Message from JoAnn Sei, Acting Principal

I am honored to serve the Lincoln School community in my capacity as Acting Principal. While I continue to serve the district as the Director of Student Services, I am excited to bring my experience in student advocacy and inclusive leadership directly into the halls of Lincoln School.

My journey in education has been defined by a deep commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering academic success. I began my career as a third-grade teacher, which provided me with a solid foundation in classroom instruction and student engagement. My passion for advocacy eventually led me to serve as a Special Education Teacher, Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant, and Supervisor of Special Education.

I am eager to apply this experience here at Lincoln School, where I have already witnessed the incredible professionalism and heart that makes this community so unique. As I lead Lincoln School, I am guided by a clear vision for our students, staff, and families. I believe that every student possesses unique strengths and the potential for greatness when provided with the right environment and the proper support.
